Where do you ship from?
We work with a small network of production partners and warehouses, so your order may ship from different locations depending on the item. This helps us keep collections fresh and pricing fair.
How long does shipping take?
Most US orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we’re focused on serving customers in the United States. If this changes, we’ll update our shipping page and FAQ.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check your order status.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. If you need help, email us as soon as possible at girlvia@kite.email with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
What if my item doesn’t fit?
If your item is eligible for return and is in its original condition with tags attached, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
